摘要:山西金晖瑞隆煤业有限公司主采的8+10号煤层具有自然发火危险性,为准确确定8115工作面自燃带位置,以便为采取防灭火措施提供靶位,以氧气体积分数作为划分指标,采用束管抽气法进行采空区自燃三带现场测定。构建采空区数值模型,采用FLUENT软件进行解算,得出采空区氧气体积分数分布规律。基于此,对自燃三带进行划分,确定自燃带宽度,并提出防灭火对策。结果表明:8115工作面采空区散热带为0~51.2 m;自燃带为51.2~86.2 m;窒息带为86.2 m以里。建议采用埋管注氮或架间插管汽雾阻化防灭火措施,对采空区自燃带进行全方位防灭火控制。

Abstract:No.8+10 coal seams belonged to Ruilong Coal Industry are in danger of spontaneous ignition.In order to accurately determine the location of the spontaneous combustion zone of the 8115 working face to provide a target for the adoption of fire-fighting measurestaking the oxygen concentration as the dividing indexthe beam tube extraction method was adopted to carry out the on-site measurement of the spontaneous combustion“Three Zones”in the goaf.The numerical model of mined-out area was constructed and solved by FLUENT softwareand the distribution law of oxygen mass in mined-out area was obtained.Based on thisthe“Three Zones”of spontaneous combustion were dividedand the width of the spontaneous combustion zone was determined.What’s morethe fire prevention measures were put forward.Studies showed that the heat dissipation zone of the goaf of the 8115 working face was 0~51.2 m.The spontaneous combustion zone was 51.2~86.2 mand the width was 35 m.The suffocation zone was greater than 86.2 m.It was recommended to use buried pipe nitrogen injection or inter-frame pipe intubation to prevent fire extinguishing by vapor sprayingand to control the spontaneous combustion zone in the goaf.
