钛石膏在酸溶液中的除铁与相变规律研究(网络首发)

摘要:为了解决钛石膏中的杂质问题和常压下石膏的相变规律,以钛石膏为原料,采用酸浸法处理,研究 原料不同处理条件、反应过程中酸的种类和浓度、反应温度和时间等条件下,钛石膏的除铁效果和石膏的 相变规律。试验表明:相较于盐酸、草酸和硝酸,硫酸的除铁效果最好且无其它杂质生成;随着酸浓度的 提高,硫酸溶液中发生了二水石膏-硬石膏物相转化,硝酸溶液和盐酸溶液中均发生了二水石膏-半水石膏的 转化,草酸溶液中最终生成草酸钙;在硫酸溶液反应中,提高硫酸浓度、反应温度和反应时间时,均可促 进二水石膏-硬石膏的转化;对原料进行处理时,未干燥研磨的原料,不影响物相变化,可减少原料的操作 步骤和能源消耗,节约钛石膏预处理成本。以上试验可作为有效解决钛石膏中杂质问题的途径之一,减少 实验消耗和成本,同时可得出石膏的相变规律。

Study of iron removal and phase transition law of titanium gypsum in acidsolutionOnline

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of impurities in titanium gypsum and the law of phase change of gypsum under atmospheric pressure titanium gypsum was used as raw material and treated by acid leaching method the iron removal effect of titanium gypsum and the phase change pattern of gypsum were investigated under the conditions of acid type and concentration reaction temperature and time in the reaction process and different raw material handling conditions. The experiments showed that compared with hydrochloric acidoxalic acid and nitric acid sulfuric acid has the best removal effect and no other impurities are generatedwith increasing acid concentration gypsum dihydrate-anhydrite phase transformation occurred in sulfuric acid solution dihydrate - hemihydrate gypsum transformation occurred in both nitric acid solution and hydrochloric acid solution and calcium oxalate was finally produced in oxalic acid solution in the sulfuric acid solution reaction the conversion of gypsum dihydrate-anhydrite can be promoted when the sulfuric acid concentration reaction temperature and reaction time are increased when the raw materials are processed the raw materials that are not dried and ground do not affect the change of physical phase which can reduce the operation steps and energy consumption of raw materials and save the cost of titanium gypsum pretreatment. The above experiments can be one of the ways to effectively solve the problem of impurities in titanium gypsum reduce the experimental consumption and cost and at the same time the phase change law of gypsum can be derived.
