Abstract：Promoting modernization of state governance is a long-term solution to various problems of China, in which the effective party governance plays an indispensable role. The study of state governance modernization from the perspective of party governance helps clarify CCP's driving force of development as a ruling party, ways to manage the party, rule the country and promote social construction and state development; on the realistic level, exploring the path of state governance modernization and clarifying the inherent rule provides power for the realization of Chinese dream. The understanding of relationship between comprehensively strengthening Party discipline and state governance both in logical respects and practical respects facilitates Chinese rejuvenation and realization of Chinese dream. In face of various domestic and international challenges, CCP can enhance its ruling ability via value, institution and practice path, thereby promoting the modernization of state governance.
