Abstract：The thought of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline, the important part of the Party's strategic plan of Four Comprehensives, is an inevitable requirement of enhancing the Party construction, and an urgent political task to consolidate the ruling status of the Party in new situation. To fully implement the thought of comprehensively strengthening Party discipline, we should recognize and successfully deal with the four relations, and combine comprehensive and strict Party governance, Party construction based on ideology and Party governance with system, problem-orientation and end-of-pipe treatment, Party governance by rules and reform development.
