Abstract：Jiaozuo outdoor film studio underwent a hot development at the beginning, flat growth and then low ebb since operation, which in some extent reflects the survival status of many outdoor film studios in our country. This paper analyzes the dilemma of these outdoor film studios with systematic analysis method, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for Jiaozuo outdoor film studio from the aspects of tourism product, tourism culture, tourism facilities and tourism propaganda based on the strengths and weaknesses of its development, aiming at promoting Jiaozuo outdoor film studio to achieve a sustainable development, and meanwhile providing references for the development of similar outdoor film studios in China.
