Abstract：The rapid development of economy leads to China's increasingly frequent economic and cultural exchanges with foreign countries, which consequently promotes the development of Chinese network media. This paper described the status of Chinese network media development in the background of media convergence, defined the concept of Chinese network media and analyzed the construction of public opinion and its characteristics. Finally, this paper put forward suggestions for the developing trend of Chinese network media.
