企业社会责任与消费者权利保护——从《食品安全法》角度

摘要:"三鹿奶粉事件"等食品安全事故暴露出许多消费者权利受损害的问题,企业的社会责任显得日益重要。新颁布的中华人民共和国《食品安全法》规定了一系列的新制度来保障消费者的权利,督促食品企业承担与履行社会责任,但仍需完善消费权益立法、加大处罚力度、明确责任追究,以更好地促进企业社会责任制度的完善。

Abstract:Food safety incidents, such as "Sanlu" milk powder incident, has revealed many damages to the consumer rights.Consequently , the corporate social responsibility is becoming increasingly important. "Food Safety Law of China" stipulates a series of new systems to protect the consumer rights and supervises the food industries' commitment and fulfillment to their social responsibilities. However, some ways are still needed to improve the consumer rights legislation , increase the punishment and clear the responsibilities so as to complete the system of the corporate social responsibility.
