Abstract：Building the harmonious Central China needs to promote the building of the public service government. From the contents, the public service government is an important part of the harmonious Central China; from the functions, the former is an important motive power of the latter.Based on the comprehensive analysis, the author points out that the contents of building the public service government include:transformation of functions as the core; enhancement and development of functions as the main subject. Therefore, some stratgies need to explore for improving both the equipment quality and the administrative ability.
