社会工作教育中师生和谐关系研究

摘要:和谐的师生关系是社会工作教育目标有效实现的基础和保障。我国社会工作中师生互动形式活跃、多元融合,师生关系彼此信任、合作共进,有效地促进了社会工作专业价值的传承、学科知识的学习以及方法技术的实现。随着社会工作教育专业的进一步发展,师生在互动交流的方式、内容和成效方面还存在诸多不足,需要进一步提升与改进。在社会工作教育创新的发展过程中,要坚持内在赋权的教育理念,建立互动共进的培养机制,探索灵活多样的教学方法,最终实现现代教学技术的创造性应用。

A study of the teacher-student relationship in social work education

Abstract:Harmonious teacher-student relationship is the foundation and guarantee for the effective realization of social work education goal. The active, cooperative, effective and multi-cultural interaction between teachers and students in social work field in our country promotes the professional values of social work, discipline knowledge learning and the use of techniques. With the further development of social work education, there are still many deficiencies in the mode, content and effect of interactive communication between teachers and students, which need further improvement. In the process of education innovation and development of social work, we should adhere to the education concept of internal empowerment, establish an interactive and co-progressive training mechanism, and explore flexible and diversified teaching methods, finally realising the creative application of modern teaching technology.
