Abstract：A Comprehensive description from the following aspects: the operation principles and flexibil-ities, the creative ideas, the explanations of the policies, the abilities for writing reports and the point views of globalization, is presented to improve the multiple qualities of the real estate appraisers. It points out that the appraisers must perfect their multiple qualities for improving both of the estimate qualities and the overall images of the trades so as to promote the development of the real estate.
