Abstract：From the 1980s, the economy in China has got rapid development under the guidance of the basic line for focusing on economic construction. However, with the rapid development of the industrial economy, the environmental situation is increasilngly grim. How to deal with the relationship between the economic development and the environmental protection properly, realizing a win-win in both of them has been an important problem that the whole society faced together. With the combination of the sustainable development model in Datian village, Suichang county of Zhejiang province, this paper explores the relationship between the economic development and the environmental protection and puts forward some win-win countermeasures for the realization.
