Abstract：The spirit of universal fraternity exists in human society widely as a kind of moral spirit. Although the spirit of universal universal fraternity wasn’t widely used in the literal sense by thinkers at early human thought history, thought elements of fraternity can be found very clearly in the Chinese culture history, especially its sparkles in the Confucianism, Mohist ideology, Taoism, Legalists’thoughts and other thoughts in ancient China. Those thought elements composed the ideological origin of the spirit of universal fraternity in its production and development.
